We believe that children’s early learning and development are crucial to their future success and enjoyment of life and we want to provide a service where every child has the opportunity to reach their highest potential. We want to share our passion for early childhood development with the wider community and inspire others to make a difference.

Kozy Kids acknowledges and pays its respect to the Kaurna people, the traditional custodians of the land on which our centres are placed.

We honour them as the first people who lovingly cared for this land where we work and play, and we humbly walk with them to share in and continue on with this tremendous responsibility.

Our Experience

Kozy Kids is run by two Business Managers with over 50 combined years of experience in the childcare education industry. Having worked with all age groups, the Business Managers apply their unique understanding of the needs, interests and capabilities of each age into the running and designing of the centre. As parents, themselves, who have had their own children in childcare, they understand a parent’s perspective to starting and attending childcare. The Business Managers guide, support and motivate the in-centre management teams to deliver high quality education and care.

Kozy Kids employs highly qualified staff to work in all our age groups across our centres. The staff are paid above Award levels to acknowledge their contribution and dedication to the industry.

Our Directors and Assistant Directors have a strong understanding of attachment theory - circle of security, and mentor staff to ensure they have a sound knowledge and implement it in their daily practice. We have a Pedagogical Leader who mentors staff, guiding and inspiring our educators to further develop their skills, knowledge and practice.
